EASYROLL VERSION 4 : ASSISTED CORRECTION FO ROLLING PROGRAMS
The EasyRoll package includes four major modules that allow the user to become very familiar with Picot roll bending machines thanks to an intuitive and efficient ergonomic interface that will satisfy both the experienced user and the novice one.
In an effort to make the rolling ever more accessible, AMB PICOT is introducing the version 4 of its Easyroll® rolling assistance software.
This version, launched in June 2022, provides additional user support:
- an assisted correction of rolling programmes, thanks to our «AIR» robot, Artificial Intelligence for Roll bending machines.
This function, based on the rolled profile actually measured, entered by the operator, tells the software in a simple way the difference between the result obtained and the expected result, and the robot automatically readjusts the rolling program.
- a complete toolbox, in particular for the production of unit parts.
With Easyroll®, program development is greatly facilitated and allows you to save time and material thanks to material-specific intelligence.
- an automatic update of the dedicated material database, which allows the changes made to be kept in memory.
Our Design Office continuously develops the software to further improve the performance of the roll bending machine and the comfort of the operator. The material scalable database is designed to adapt to the specificities of your materials.
