Design Methods Technician
ROULIMETAL (28 people) studies, designs and manufactures letterboxes, wall cladding, various enclosures, technical cabinets, special lockers, etc. Its speciality is fine sheet metal work, from prototypes to small, medium and large production runs.
Its equipment enables it to master cutting, bending and assembly (welding, clinching, riveting), powder coating, assembly and packaging. It has introduced quality control, document monitoring and IT resources such as CAMM, CAD and CAD/CAM.
Job description:
- Analyse customer requirements, define processes, resources and operating methods.
- Create technical documents (drawings, ranges, etc.) and assess costs.
- Drawing up quotations and checking production costs.
- Identify and analyse malfunctions and define corrective actions.
- Organise and update parts lists and technical documents.
- Design or adapt tools and describe them in the form of drawings.
