Hemmis is the French representative for Merkle Welding Units and Robotics, Storemaster Storage Systems and Strong Hand Tools with the BuildPro welding and clamping tables as well as GPPH for traditionnal welding tables. Hemmis sells a wide range of equipment with the quality of the products always in mind.

  • Welding processes available on Merkle welding units

To ensure that your welds are always of the highest quality, the Merkle company, which designs and builds its welding stations in Germany, has developed three different welding processes available depending on the welding units.

    • The DeepARC process
    merkle deeparc welding process

The DeepARC welding process allows deeper penetration of the weld while spreading the weld faster and without any adhesion of scrapers.

    • The ColdMIG process

This process allows up to 30% less heat input, optimum welding of thin sheet metal and a high bridging capacity.

    • The HighUP process

Merkle's HighUP welding process results in easier vertical welding, faster welding and safer penetration.

All of this process are in the HighPULSE welding unit series.
