The company, the activity and the context of the search

BC INOXÉO is a company in the BAUDIN CHATEAUNEUF Group. Specialising in the design, manufacture and on-site assembly of stainless steel pools for public swimming pools, it employs 30 people and generates annual sales of €5m.

As part of its expansion, we are looking for several boilermakers - welders in the workshop.

The positions on offer

Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will carry out TIG stainless steel welding, using process 141, for sheet metal assemblies (thicknesses of around 15/10ths to 25/10ths) for large swimming pool basins.

More specifically, you will be responsible for

• Preparing your assemblies, based on drawings;
   
• handling and preparing the parts;
   
• ensuring that each part is protected throughout the operations;
   
• setting the welding parameters;
   
• welding, grinding and polishing;
   
• first-level maintenance of welding, grinding and polishing equipment.
   

Profiles sought

Experienced welders (licences desirable), with experience of working in a workshop or outdoors.
 

Your skills

• practising all welding positions ;
   
• reading drawings ;
   
• recognising the most common welding faults;
   
• applying the strictest health, safety, quality and environmental protection rules.
   

Your qualities

• meticulous in your work and in the maintenance of equipment ;
