Team Leader
Nison is looking for a team leader
The Team Leader supervises and manages a team of 6 operators on a metal packaging drum production line, while also taking part in the production process.
He/she identifies the characteristics of the order and plans the production stages
You monitor production in accordance with safety, health and environmental regulations, and production requirements (quantity, lead time, quality, cost, etc.).
He/she checks the operation of the equipment (adjustment, readjustment, diagnosis of malfunctions, maintenance, etc.) and provides technical support to the operators and drivers.
He checks the conformity of raw materials and finished products.
He/she ensures that procedures are properly applied, and is responsible for continuous improvement.
Raising awareness of quality and related standards is fundamental.
He/she is responsible for purchasing administration and works on processes with a view to continuous improvement and simplification.
It manages stock monitoring.
